KYC (Know Your Customer) is an important part of the 35bat platform. You will be required to complete identity verification before making withdrawals or when transactions exceed a certain amount.

• Account balances may be forfeited if an account is closed due to a rule violation.
• If you voluntarily close your account, any valid balance will be returned to you.
• 35bat may consider requests to reopen a closed account.
• Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the specified period has ended.
